Tony (AV) Madureira is the Founder and President of AV Builder Corp. The company began in 1981 as a small contracting company with two employees and has grown into a full service general contracting firm with more than 150 workers with licenses in California, Arizona and Nevada. Tony continues to serve as the project manager for all major construction projects and has supervised thousands of intrusive tests for litigation purposes.

Tony started working for the family residential and commercial construction business at 14 years old. By age 18, he was made partner and in charge of all construction operations until the age of 21. While enrolled in the Business Management program at San Diego State University, Tony formed Works from Wood, a sole proprietorship that specialized in spa, deck building and home remodeling. He owned, operated and managed a full time crew from 1976-1980 while attending SDSU.

When he's not running the company, Tony enjoys golfing and yoga.

Russ Levitan is the Senior Estimator for AV Builder Corp and has been with the company since 1991. Russ manages the estimating department and specializes in the quantification and cost estimation of multi-unit reconstruction projects, while participating in reconstruction cost estimates for both litigation and competitive bids of all sizes. He works closely with the superintendents, estimators and property managers to ensure quality and efficiency.

Russ has more than 26 years of experience in the industry. His diverse construction background includes experience in residential and commercial estimating, as well as project management. Russ graduated from Muir Technical College, San Diego in 1990 with a specialization in Computerized Construction Estimating and Management.

Aside from analyzing the scope of many projects, Russ spends his time on the golf course.

Keith Pheifer is the California, Arizona & Nevada Senior Operations Manager for AV Builder & AVB Mold Corp. Since his arrival at AV Builder in 1992, Keith has been instrumental in the continuous growth of AVB's Construction Defect, Maintenance, Mold Remediation and Emergency Flood Water Restoration Divisions.  Keith works closely with attorneys, their staff, clients and their experts throughout the litigation investigation process through settlement.  Keith has testified in multiple litigation cases as a Building Construction and Abatement Expert.

Keith has 30 years of hands-on construction experience including bridge construction, heavy equipment operator, multiple years of supervising track homes framing and 15 years mold remediation experience.  Keith has his California Contractors License and is certified in water restoration and mold remediation.  His extensive knowledge is vital to the successful growth of AV Builder Corp & AVB Mold Corp.

A sports junkie, Keith spends his free time following the Green Bay Packers, LA Lakers & San Diego Padres.  Keith enjoys hiking and travel with his family.

Josh Cazares is the Arizona Operations Manager for AV Builder Corp and AV Mold Corp. Josh is responsible for maintaining open communication and working closely with attorneys, their staff, clients and their experts throughout the investigative process of construction defect cases. He also works closely with the estimators and helps manage reconstruction projects and maintenance jobs in Arizona.

In 1994, Josh started as a laborer and has trained experience in every aspect of the industry.  He was promoted to foreman and quickly excelled to superintendent. In 2003, Josh relocated to Arizona and currently manages the daily operations of AV Builder's construction defect, maintenance and mold remediation divisions.

When he has a free minute, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and son, and following the LA Lakers.
