Our Real Estate Investment Subsidiaries are as much a part of AV Builder as our Reconstruction Division. They were founded to develop, invest and provide consulting services for Retail Real Estate projects throughout the Western United States.  AVI and AVB Development Partners invest and develop individually and in partnership with various equity groups.  Our primary focus is on Apartments and Retail Commercial. COMMERCIAL Retail development projects are handled by AVB Development Partners.  The partners of the firm have over 60 years of experience in the commercial real estate marketplace.  AVB Development Partners has offices in both San Diego and Phoenix and is capable of handling projects of any size.  Current projects range in size and scope from just under 5 acres, to over 20 acres.  The primary goal of AVB Development Partners is to cultivate current and new relationships with major tenants and assist them in their growth plans by providing the finest real estate development services. AVB Development Partners appreciates the complex aspects of land acquisition and entitlements issues we also have the financial resources to purchase large tracts of land, develop pads and shop buildings on a speculative basis and build-to-suit for specific anchor tenants. APARTMENTS Our goal specifically with Apartments, as with all of our investments, is to expand our portfolio to include projects in historically solid markets with rental growth potential.  With the available compliment of AVB's construction resources, AVI goes beyond the pure paper transaction and seeks projects that may require renovation, or new construction offering value not apparent to the typical investor.
