Reconstruction
Reconstruction is a time commitment and looked upon as a difficult process for all parties involved. It does not need to be difficult; of course that depends on the contractor chosen to do the work! AV Builder Corp is a recognized leader in the specialized field of reconstruction. When a condominium, apartment, or multi-unit property is going through the process of reconstruction, it is extremely important to work with a qualified and experienced contractor. AVB has built its reputation in the reconstruction industry over the last 30 years and continues to train its workforce and management on the latest technology and construction products available.
AVB creates detailed schedules for each assignment and expedites reconstruction projects the most cost efficient way possible. Our all inclusive in-house reconstruction workforce: minimizes the cost of the project, minimizes the need for subcontractors, allows field supervisors more hands-on project management control and streamlines communication. AVB utilizes an online project management system which stores all information regarding the project in one location for the community manager, supervisors and HOA board to view and discuss the status of the project through its entirety.
AV Builder Corp has experience in every type of construction defect repair. We have reconstructed hundreds of multi-unit properties including mid- and high-rise condominiums, apartments and commercial buildings throughout Southern California, Arizona and Nevada.
