Keith Pheifer - Senior Operations Manager, AV Builder & AVB Mold Corp

Keith Pheifer is the California, Arizona & Nevada Senior Operations Manager for AV Builder & AVB Mold Corp. Since his arrival at AV Builder in 1992, Keith has been instrumental in the continuous growth of AVB's Construction Defect, Maintenance, Mold Remediation and Emergency Flood Water Restoration Divisions.  Keith works closely with attorneys, their staff, clients and their experts throughout the litigation investigation process through settlement.  Keith has testified in multiple litigation cases as a Building Construction and Abatement Expert.

Keith has 30 years of hands-on construction experience including bridge construction, heavy equipment operator, multiple years of supervising track homes framing and 15 years mold remediation experience.  Keith has his California Contractors License and is certified in water restoration and mold remediation.  His extensive knowledge is vital to the successful growth of AV Builder Corp & AVB Mold Corp.

A sports junkie, Keith spends his free time following the Green Bay Packers, LA Lakers & San Diego Padres.  Keith enjoys hiking and travel with his family.
