AV Builder Corp is an industry leader in the reconstruction and repair of medium and large scale multi-unit properties throughout the Southwest United States. AV Builder Corp started in 1981 as a small contracting company with two employees. The company entered the multi-unit reconstruction industry in 1985 and the following year expanded with the ability to perform construction defect testing and repairs. Today, AVB employs more than 150 workers and is licensed, insured and bonded in California, Arizona and Nevada. The company has five divisions: Reconstruction, Destructive Testing, AVB Mold, Maintenance and Emergency Water Damage Restoration. Each division has the ability to work separately or in concert with each other.
